Starting fresh
You want a clean system for spending, debt, savings, and the next decision in front of you.
For individuals · couples · families
Practical, judgment-free financial coaching to help you move from stress and scattered decisions to clarity, confidence, and a plan that fits real life.

When money feels heavy
Financial stress rarely arrives as one neat problem. It can look like bills you avoid opening, goals that keep slipping, uneven income, competing family needs, or the same tense conversation happening again and again.
The work begins with honesty—not judgment. Together, we turn the noise into an organized picture and the picture into a practical sequence of decisions.
Built for real households
Whether you are planning solo or making decisions together, the goal is the same: clarity you can use.
You want a clean system for spending, debt, savings, and the next decision in front of you.
You and a partner want shared language, clearer priorities, and fewer money conversations that go in circles.
Today’s bills, tomorrow’s goals, and everyone’s needs are competing for the same dollars and attention.
A new job, growing family, education choice, loss, or transition has changed the plan—or made one more important.
Choose your runway
Start with the amount of time and support that fits the season you are in. Each package is educational and coaching-based; you remain the decision-maker.
Untangle the immediate questions, create a complete financial snapshot, and leave with a realistic plan you can begin using now.
Build the plan, practice the habits, and keep moving through the real-life moments that can knock good intentions off course.
Connect today’s choices to the year ahead with ongoing reviews, practical preparation, and space for family priorities to evolve.
Need one focused conversation?
A 90-minute deep dive for one decision, transition, or financial knot you want help untangling.
Follow-up sessions are $300 for individuals and $400 for couples or households. After completing a program, Compass Check-ins are available at $75/month for individuals or $100/month for couples or households and include one hour each quarter. Final scope and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.

The bigger picture
Money is not the point. It is one of the tools your family uses to build a life.
That is why the plan begins with people, values, responsibilities, and hopes—not products or someone else’s formula.
How it works
The process combines thoughtful conversation, practical tools, and follow-through. It stays grounded enough to use and flexible enough to change with your life.

Prioritize realistic actions, understand the trade-offs, and build a plan that fits your actual capacity.
Use check-ins, practical tools, and accountability to adjust as life changes and momentum grows.
